ЦИФРОВА ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ ТА СТІЙКІСТЬ ІТ-СЕКТОРУ В УКРАЇНІ: ШЛЯХИ ДО ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ З ЄС НА ТЛІ ГЕОПОЛІТИЧНИХ ВИКЛИКІВ

У статті досліджено вплив цифрової трансформації на стійкість та розвиток ІТ-сектору України в умовах геополітичних викликів та інтеграційних процесів з ЄС. Проаналізовано динаміку експорту ІТ-послуг, структурні зміни у зовнішній торгівлі, роль цифровізації у зростанні ВВП та конкурентоспроможності національної економіки. Визначено ключові фактори успіху, такі гармонізація законодавства з європейськими стандартами (eIDAS, GDPR), впровадження інфраструктурних ініціатив (5G, CEF Digital) та розвиток цифрових платформ (Дія, Трембіта). Окреслено виклики, пов’язані з наслідками війни, дефіцитом кадрів, світовою рецесією та нерівномірним доступом до ринків. Висновки свідчать, що цифровізація є ключовим чинником макроекономічної стабільності та євроінтеграції України, але вимагає координації на міжнародному рівні та інвестицій в інфраструктуру.
