Актуальність дослідження обумовлена парадоксом сучасної міжнародної допомоги, коли безпрецедентне фінансування постконфліктних країн не гарантує досягнення інституційної стійкості та розвитку через комплекс системних, інституційних та геополітичних викликів. Мета дослідження полягає у систематизації ключових викликів у реалізації міжнародних проєктів допомоги у країнах у посткризовий період і в постконфліктних контекстах, та окресленні проблем реалізації міжнародних проєктів допомоги переміщених громад. В роботі визначено сутність кожної категорії проблем та ступінь впливу на поглинання міжнародної допомоги громадами, а також зазначено про системність і взаємозв’язок цих проблем. Систематизовано категорії викликів у реалізації міжнародних проєктів допомоги у країнах у посткризовий період з визначенням впливу на розвиток самих громад.
