Анотація

У статті досліджено публічну дипломатію як інструмент формування ресурсної бази поствоєнного відновлення України в контексті економічної безпеки. Метою статті є визначення механізмів трансформації репутаційного капіталу та довіри у фінансові, інвестиційні й інституційні ресурси. Розкрито механізми цього процесу та систематизовано канали акумулювання зовнішньої підтримки й їх взаємозв’язок із безпековою стійкістю економіки. З використанням системного та інституційного підходів запропоновано авторську концептуальну рамку оцінювання ефективності публічної дипломатії у мобілізації ресурсів відновлення. Інституціоналізація публічної дипломатії розглядається як важлива передумова підвищення економічної безпеки України. Інтеграція публічної та цифрової дипломатії у стратегічне управління відновленням пов’язується зі зниженням зовнішніх ризиків і підвищенням прогнозованості ресурсних потоків.
