ДЖЕРЕЛА СИНЕРГІЇ ТА СИНЕРГЕТИЧНІ КОМБІНАЦІЇ ЦИРКУЛЯРНИХ БІЗНЕС-МОДЕЛЕЙ У ЛОГІСТИЦІ

У статті досліджено синергетичні комбінації циркулярних бізнес-моделей у логістиці як механізм підвищення сукупного економічного, екологічного та організаційного ефекту. Синергетичну комбінацію розглянуто як один із трьох типів взаємозв’язку між моделями поряд з еволюційним прогресуванням і технологічною конвергенцією. Систематизовано чотири джерела синергії за критерієм спільної базової передумови ефекту та розмежовано двосторонні й багатосторонні комбінації. Узагальнено механізми впливу комбінацій на витрати, доходи, використання активів, ресурсну ефективність та регуляторні ризики, а також обґрунтовано можливість від’ємного ефекту через конкуренцію моделей за спільний потік. Запропоновано послідовність кількісного оцінювання синергетичного ефекту та показники його економічної, інфраструктурної й ресурсної складових, зокрема в дисконтованій формі.
