The article examines the effectiveness of combining various forms of learning, assesses the level of material comprehension and practical skills, and identifies the main difficulties students face in mastering massage techniques. Particular attention is given to comparing traditional and alternative massage methods, their impact on professional training, and practical application. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of innovative approaches to teaching massage techniques in the modern educational system and professional practice. The objectives include: examining traditional and innovative educational methods used in massage training; determining the effectiveness of online resources, video tutorials, interactive simulators, and VR technologies in the learning process; and identifying the impact of combining online and offline learning formats on students’ material comprehension levels. The research results indicate the high effectiveness of an integrated massage training approach, combining digital educational resources, individual consultations, and practical work. The use of interactive simulators and video materials allows students to familiarize themselves with massage techniques in detail before direct practice, contributing to better material retention. Blended learning, which incorporates online components alongside traditional practical sessions, enables students to control their own learning pace. The assessment of students’ proficiency in massage techniques before and after the course demonstrates a significant improvement in skills and their readiness for independent practice. The obtained results can be beneficial for improving massage education programs and developing new teaching methodologies aimed at enhancing material comprehension and professional development. Future research may focus on further integrating digital technologies into practical training.
