PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF PRACTICAL TRAINING FOR STUDENTS MAJORING IN PHYSICAL THERAPY

The article reveals the importance of pedagogical support in the practical training of students majoring in Physical Therapy within the context of the transformation of higher medical education. It highlights the need for methodological, psychological, and organizational assistance for future specialists, especially considering their work with vulnerable groups, including children with special educational needs. It is established that effective pedagogical support is based on a personalized approach, step-by-step guidance, the involvement of clinical mentors, and the use of active learning methods. The research employed a comprehensive methodology including observation, questionnaires, and analysis of internship conditions. Key components of support were identified: reflective learning, mentoring, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Particular attention is given to practical recommendations for simulating clinical situations, supporting students in clinical settings, and implementing elements of simulation-based education. It is concluded that pedagogical support is a crucial factor in developing professional identity, ethical responsibility, and readiness for practice in accordance with international standards in physical therapy.
