AXIOLOGICAL APPROACH IN THE TRAINING OF FUTURE EDUCATIONAL SPECIALISTS FOR PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY

The article deals with the implementation of the axiological approach in the training of future educational specialists for pedagogical activity. It is stated that a modern educator should not only possess a significant amount of knowledge, skills and abilities, but also be a creative personality with the formed values. The axiological approach is aimed at understanding that values are fundamental in the formation of a modern teacher, because they reflect the principles of his/her activity, beliefs, life priorities. It is emphasized that the axiological (value) approach is not considered in pedagogical science in isolation, but in close relationship with others and constitutes a holistic system in the construction of the model of the modern teacher. The analysis of modern scientific explorations on the problem of research has been conducted. It has been found out that the axiological approach, in relation to others, provides the personal and professional formation of a future specialist and directs the educational process to the formation of values.The purpose of the article is to disclose the peculiarities of the implementation of the axiological approach in the preparation of the Higher Education of the Master's Higher Education in the teaching of pedagogical disciplines. The content of the key concept of research and the author's classification of values of future educational specialists is presented: universal; professional-pedagogical; civic; personal. It is noted that the axiological approach is aimed at the student's personal and professional development; formation of professionally important qualities that are based on democratic and personal values; Education of internal motivation for continuous professional growth and self -realization.Attention is paid to certain traditional and innovative teaching methods that took place in lecture and practical classes in the study of the discipline «Pedagogy of the Modern School»: discussion, method of «inverted» learning, position, pedagogical «workshop» and more.
