FORMING PROFESSIONAL CULTURE OF FUTURE MANAGERS OF POSTAL COMMUNICATION ENTERPRISES: ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS

Abstract

The article substantiates the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional culture among future managers of postal service enterprises in the context of digital transformation of education. Key conditions ensuring the effectiveness of this process are identified, including the development of sustainable motivation for managerial activity based on the awareness of the profession’s significance, its social mission, and personal responsibility. The role of motivational practices, interactive methods, success situations, and the involvement of role models in shaping internal professional motivation is emphasized. The second condition is the improvement of the content of the educational process through the integration of cultural studies topics into professional training, which contributes to the development of ethical awareness, social responsibility, professional values, and interdisciplinary thinking. The third condition is the creation of an information and educational environment focused on professional values. The importance of digital platforms, professionally oriented content, and the teacher’s role as a moderator of value-based dialogue is emphasized. The fourth condition is the combination of classroom, extracurricular, and independent student work within the framework of blended learning, which ensures flexibility of the educational process, development of autonomy, critical thinking, and adaptation of learning to individual needs. It is generalized that the implementation of these conditions creates a holistic system for the formation of professional culture among future postal service managers, which meets the modern requirements of professional education and contributes to the training of competent, ethically mature, and socially responsible specialists. The research results have practical significance for improving the professional training of managers in the postal service sector.
