SPECIFICS OF THE FORMATION OF FUTURE LAWYERS' PERSONAL CULTURE THROUGH THE ACMEOLOGICAL APPROACH

Abstract

The paper substantiates that the acmeological approach to the training of future lawyers shifts educational accents from the reproductive assimilation of the regulatory and legal framework to the holistic formation of a personality as a carrier of European legal values. It is proved that within this paradigm, personal culture acts as an internal ethical-value “filter” that ensures the steadfastness of the principles of the rule of law, even in the critical conditions of martial law and legal uncertainty. It is determined that the acmeological approach considers learning difficulties and mistakes not as destructive factors, but as bifurcation points (points of branching) for professional growth. The author's interpretation of a future lawyer's personal culture is represented as a multilevel formation that integrates a system of humanistic values, high legal consciousness, and individual-psychological strategies for self-development. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of humanities into an effective toolkit for a lawyer's selfprojection, which promotes the abandonment of stereotyped solutions in favor of creative strategies. This approach not only increases the efficiency of legal activity but also serves as a preventive measure against professional degradation and burnout. It is proved that the integration of philosophical reflection, psychological resilience, cultural identity, and linguistic excellence creates a holistic acmeological model of a lawyer's personal culture. This ensures a transition from routine functioning to a “productive orientation”, where professionalism is based on humanistic values, a creative approach to resolving legal conflicts, and a constant strive for self-improvement. It is summarized that acmeologically oriented professionalism is based on a “productive orientation”, where every legal case becomes an act of responsibility, care for a person, and professional life-affirmation.
