INTERACTIVE TRAINING TOOLS FOR PREPARING FUTURE EDUCATIONAL LEADERS FOR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Abstract

This article examines and substantiates the effectiveness of using interactive learning tools in the professional training of future educational leaders in financial resource management. The relevance of this study stems from current socioeconomic challenges, the transition of educational institutions to financial autonomy, and the urgent need for a new generation of leaders capable of proactive and strategic thinking under conditions of limited financial resources. The author has determined that interactive training tools play a significant role in developing the financial competence of future educational leaders, as they can create a realistic professional environment where master’s students have the opportunity to apply their acquired theoretical knowledge to develop strategies and resolve realworld financial situations. This research details the use of interactive teaching methods in the professional training of future educational institution leaders, specifically: the “discussion” method for developing critical thinking regarding financial processes; the “business games” method for simulating management decisions in collaboration with all participants in the educational process to develop financial strategies that enhance planning and communication skills; the “brainstorming” method to identify innovative ways to attract additional financial resources; the “case study” method for analyzing real-world financial situations and algorithms for calculating payroll; the “workshop” method for mastering digital tools when preparing staffing plans and budgets for educational institutions. The article highlights the importance of using interactive tools, which enhance the effectiveness of master’s-level training by preparing future leaders to manage financial resources and make informed managerial decisions – a key to the professional success of a modern educational leader.
