Abstract

The article theoretically summarizes and scientifically substantiates the essence of the «Zero Injury Risk» concept as a leading preventive safety imperative in physical culture and sports animation for preschool children. It is proved that traditional safety approaches in children’s leisure, based on formal compliance with occupational safety rules or passive control, are insufficient in a dynamic animation environment. The proposed concept involves a qualitative transition from declarative supervision to systemic engineering and pedagogical design of a safe environment, where potential injury factors are eliminated at the stage of scenario development, spatial logistics, and equipment selection. It was revealed that the main cause of motor disorganization and injury in preschoolers is an inadequately designed movement regimen, which provokes coordination fatigue and emotional overexcitation. Based on the analysis of anatomical, physiological, and ontogenetic characteristics of children (immaturity of the musculoskeletal system, predominance of excitation over inhibition), categorical prohibitions were formulated: prolonged static loads and passive waiting (over 30–40 sec), lifting weights, jumping off heights over 20–30 cm onto hard surfaces, and exercises with asymmetrical loads. A three-level model of animation content analysis is substantiated, which ensures maintaining the heart rate within 120–140 bpm due to a continuous plot change of activity and reliance on natural locomotions (walking, light running, crawling under obstacles, rolling, throwing soft props). The effectiveness of combining biomechanical limitations with plot-game motivation (imitation and quest models without rigid competitiveness) is proved, which allows maintaining a high level of motor density and forming sustainable kinesophilia in an absolutely safe environment.
