Abstract

Modern lifestyle leads to a significant prevalence of posture disorders among women of the first period of adulthood, which negatively affects their health. Despite the growing interest in the use of oriental health systems, their bibliometric analysis in relation to this age group remains insufficiently studied. This necessitates the need to systematize scientific data to identify effective approaches in this important area. The purpose is to determine the general dynamics and structure of scientific publication activity on the topic of correction of posture disorders in women of the first period of adulthood by means of oriental health systems based on Scopus database data. Methods of research: bibliometric analysis (quantitative); Scopus analysis functions; system analysis. Results of research. Analysis of 371 scientific publications from the Scopus database revealed a steady increase in interest in the topic, especially noticeable since the early 2000s, with peak values in 2014 and 2023. Leading authors and scientific institutions were identified, which indicates the formation of scientific schools and centers of excellence in this field. The vast majority of publications are original articles, which emphasizes the high academic level of research. The research has a pronounced interdisciplinary nature, with the dominance of the medical field and related industries. Geographical distribution showed the leadership of the United States and India in publication activity. Conclusions. Bibliometric analysis confirms the growing relevance and dynamic development of research on the correction of posture disorders in women of the first period of maturity using oriental health systems. Identification of leading authors, institutions and interdisciplinary nature emphasizes a comprehensive approach to the problem. The results obtained are the basis for further qualitative content analysis and the application of modern data visualization methods to deepen the understanding of this important scientific field.
