ORGANIZATION OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES MONITORING AT THE EXPORT-ORIENTED ENTERPRISE AND HIGHER LEVEL OF PROFITABILITY FORMATION

Abstract

The article examines the essence of monitoring as a key tool for tracking and controlling the results of production processes at the export-oriented enterprises in order to achieve a higher level of profitability. The importance of monitoring in the context of Ukraine’s integration into European Union, economic cyclicality, and the instability of global markets caused by military conflicts was substantiated. The key functions of monitoring department of export-oriented enterprise with explanation of their role in enhancing profitability were proposed and justified: preparation, controlling and regulative, informative and evaluative functions. According to this, the structure of tasks performed by the monitoring department staff across the organization of export-oriented production, profitability improvement and ensuring effective management processes components were defined. Also, it was presented the responsible departments, which supply information that deals with export production planning and its results, profitability state and making management. The correlation between responsible departments and proposed functions of monitoring they to realize and maintain was given. A monitoring model for information accumulation to support the management of export-oriented activities and to ensure higher profitability was developed and systematized. In the context of made model, the elements of information flows of data concerning Ukraine’s European Union integration, interconnection of enterprise’s departments, monitoring activity making and its relation to export production and profitability increase were emphasized. The role of monitoring department and its place in the model functioning was performed and enhanced through processes of data analysis, evaluation and summary. As the core basis, the direct and feedback links were underlined, as the output results, the implementation of model’s priority tasks were presented. In addition, the internal sources of information flows that includes market changes, financing operations, production stages, management, control and sales volumes were detailed.
