ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯ МОНІТОРИНГУ ВИРОБНИЧИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ ЕКСПОРТООРІЄНТОВАНОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА ТА ФОРМУВАННЯ ВИЩОГО РІВНЯ ПРИБУТКОВОСТІ

У статті розкрито поняття моніторингу, як рушійного елемента відслідковування і контролю результатів виробничих процесів експортоорієнтованого підприємства у формуванні вищого рівня прибутковості. Виокремлено значення моніторингу за умов інтеграційних процесів України до Європейського союзу, циклічності економіки та нестабільності світових ринків, викликаних воєнними конфліктами. Запропоновано обґрунтування ключових функцій моніторингового відділу експортоорієнтованого виробника та їх вклад для зростання прибутковості. Представлено структуру завдань працівників моніторингового відділу. Розроблено моніторингову модель накопичення інформації у забезпеченні управління експортоорієнтованою діяльністю та формування вищого рівня прибутковості. Деталізовано внутрішні джерела інформаційних потоків.
