MECHANISMS OF PARTNERSHIP IN THE ECOSYSTEM OF ENTREPRENEURIAL STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT IN THE AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of developing mechanisms of partnership interaction within the ecosystem for the development of entrepreneurial structures in the agro-industrial complex (AIC). A partnership architecture developed within this ecosystem. It defines the nature of interaction among actors, facilitates the alignment of their interests and the adaptation of partnership relations to changes in the external environment, and creates conditions for generating synergistic effects and enhancing the ecosystem’s efficiency, resilience, and innovativeness. The structural dimensions of a holistic theory of partnership interaction substantiated. The determinative dimension encompasses institutional conditions, economic factors, trust, resources, and technologies. The conceptual dimension defines the understanding of partnership, its institutional and trust-based foundations, and the principles of interaction. The organizational dimension specifies forms of cooperation and integration, including clusters and hubs. The outcome dimension summarizes expectations regarding innovation, sustainability, resource synthesis, synergy, and competitiveness. A conceptual framework for partnership relations developed to define the nature of interaction among actors and contribute to enhancing the ecosystem’s efficiency, resilience, and innovativeness amid external changes. Mechanisms of partnership interaction and methods for their implementation within the ecosystem for the development of entrepreneurial structures in the AIC developed. They synthesize the relationships examined and explain the transition from partnership principles to the practical organization of partnerships. The roles of joint planning, the formalization of commitments, resource pooling, digital platforms, and repeated agreements elucidated. The organizational directions for partnership development and the institutional conditions specified. The need to consider these mechanisms in conjunction with one another and to account for breaches of agreements as a factor weakening cooperation substantiated.
