ADAPTIVE ARCHITECTURE OF ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT FOR FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC SECURITY MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS ENTITIES IN A DYNAMIC RISK ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing an adaptive architecture of organizational support for managing the financial and economic security of business entities in a dynamic risk environment. The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing variability, uncertainty and interdependence of risks, which reduce the effectiveness of organizational models based on a fixed distribution of functions, powers and response procedures. The adaptability of organizational support is defined as the ability to modify organizational parameters in accordance with changes in the current risk profile while maintaining system integrity, continuity of management processes and clearly defined responsibility. The key parameters of the dynamic risk environment that determine the need for organizational adaptation are systematized. A two-contour adaptive architecture combining a stable organizational core and an adaptive contour is substantiated. The stable core ensures continuity of basic security functions, responsibility, monitoring and control, while the adaptive contour enables changes in the composition of participants, distribution of powers, information exchange and cross-functional coordination. Controlled reconfiguration is proposed as a mechanism for adapting organizational parameters to the current risk profile. Parametric adaptation and structural-functional reconfiguration are distinguished according to the scale of organizational changes. Standard, enhanced, crisis and recovery organizational configurations are proposed. The criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the adaptive architecture include reconfiguration speed, correspondence of the configuration to the risk profile, efficiency of information exchange, coherence of cross-functional interaction and flexibility in the distribution of powers. The scientific novelty lies in developing theoretical and methodological provisions for organizational support of financial and economic security through the integration of stable and reconfigurable elements within a unified adaptive architecture that enables controlled and reversible organizational changes in response to risk dynamics. The proposed approach can be applied to improve organizational responses to changing risks and strengthen cross-functional coordination.
