ЕКОНОМІЧНА ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ СОЦІАЛЬНОГО КАПІТАЛУ В УМОВАХ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ

У статті розглянуто теоретичні підходи до трактування соціального капіталу та обґрунтовано його економічну роль у розвитку соціальних систем. Зокрема, соціальний капітал розглядається як інтегральна характеристика соціо-економічного середовища, що охоплює довіру, соціальні норми та мережі взаємодії, а також як невід'ємний фактор соціально-економічного розвитку, який безпосередньо впливає на ефективність раціонального використання ресурсів, координацію економічної діяльності та інноваційний розвиток. Узагальнено сучасні підходи до операціоналізації соціального капіталу, зокрема в рамках міжнародних індексів та соціально-економічної конкурентоспроможності, що дають змогу використовувати його як аналітичну категорію для оцінки соціально-економічної стабільності економік в умовах трансформаційних змін. Основні висновки підтверджують, що накопичення соціального капіталу сприяє зростанню інноваційної економіки та покращенню соціальної згуртованості на засадах сталого розвитку.
