ASSESSMENT OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE WAYS OF INFECTIONING WITH PARENTERAL HEPATITIS IN THE TEENAGE TEACHERS’ ENVIRONMENT AND THE TEACHERS WHO WORK WITH TEENS

Research objective was the analysis of results of sociological poll of teachers and teachers of the Kirovohrad region who daily work with teenagers, about risk factors and a way of transfer of a parenteral viral hepatitis among teenagers, detection of readiness of teachers to take participation in program actions for prevention of their distribution in teenagers. Results of sociological poll (399 questionnaires) of teachers and teachers, under specially developed questionnaire became materials for a research. For achievement of a goal classical methods of scientific research are used: system approach; medico-statistical; sociological (questionnaire). Results of a research and their discussion. The skilled category of teachers and teachers is interviewed, almost all (94.24±1.17%) had full higher education with essential length of service the teacher. Knowledge of ways of transfer of a parenteral viral hepatitis was not full: a third (35.34±2.39%) is considered that the parenteral viral hepatitis can catch having eaten the food offered by the infected person or using the general objects of education and life (34.59±2.38), the general ware (27.82±2.24%), at general use by a toilet, a bathtub, a towel, soap (35.39±2.24%), through a sting of a mosquito (38.35±2.43%). The personal possibility of infection is realized only by 41.35±2.47% of respondents, another 23.31±2.2% doubt available such threat. Conclusions. In spite of the fact that knowledge of ways of transfer of a parenteral viral hepatitis among teachers and teachers who daily contact to teenagers was not full, teachers expressed readiness for interaction with health workers, teenagers and their families concerning counteraction to spread of a parenteral viral hepatitis.
