Анотація

Мета дослідження – провести аналітичний огляд публікацій щодо прогнозування порушень опорно-рухового апарату в наукометричній базі Scopus. Матеріали та методи. Для оцінювання актуальності дослідження прогнозування профілактики порушень опорно-рухового апарату в наукометричній базі Scopus було сформульовано аналітичний запит з наступним формуванням отриманих даних у вигляді графіків, а також аналізом публікацій. Результати. Відповідно до аналітичного пошуку проаналізовано публікації за роками, авторами, університетами, країнами, категоріями. Наведено основні підходи до прогнозування порушень опорно-рухового апарату найбільш авторитетних науковців. Детальніше розглянуто роботи низки авторів, котрі розподілено до категорії медсестринства. Розглянуто роботи автора L.L. Andersen, який досліджував зменшення інтенсивності болю в попереку на основі правильно організованого робочого тижня, щоб запобігти втомі та стресу, що позитивно впливає на працездатність. Автор C. Calvo-Lobo акцентував увагу на профілактиці порушень опорно-рухового апарату при мультидисциплінарному втручанні, яке є більш корисним, ніж традиційне ізольоване лікування. Розглянуто дослідження K.L. Bennel щодо використання силових вправ тривалістю від 3 до 6 місяців як таких, що зменшують біль та покращують функціональний стан опорно-рухового апарату. Висновки. Аналітичний огляд літературних джерел щодо прогнозування профілактики ускладнень при порушеннях опорно-рухового апарату в наукометричній базі Scopus показав, що найбільша кількість публікацій припадає на період з 2014 до 2023 року, а найбільш активно з даної тематики публікується L.L. Andersen – 64 статті. Дана проблема досліджується в США, за результатами чого опубліковано 4060 статей, та в Університеті Сіднея – 336 публікацій, а також в основному висвітлюється в журналі BMC “Musculoskeletal Disorders” – 645 статей. Суттєво переважають публікації у розділі медицини – 50,6%, водночас лише 7,2% із них віднесені до розділу медсестринства. Результати доводять актуальність даної проблеми, але водночас показують недостатній інтерес у сфері медсестринства, що спонукає до подальших наукових досліджень щодо прогнозування ефективності профілактики ускладнень при порушеннях опорно-рухового апарату.
