Рання реабілітація пацієнтів в умовах воєнного стану

Мета: визначити роль ранньої реабілітації в наданні медичної допомоги в умовах воєнного стану. Матеріали та методи дослідження. Для реалізації мети дослідження проаналізовано бази даних PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane і PEDro (Physiotherapy Evidence Database). Методи дослідження: структурно-логічний аналіз. Результати дослідження. Представлено особливості та основні проблеми, пов’язані з ранньою реабілітацією в умовах екстреної медичної допомоги. Травматичні ушкодження, отримані в умовах воєнного стану, можуть спричиняти руйнівні та тривалі фізичні й психологічні порушення, що вимагають якісних ранніх та спеціалізованих реабілітаційних втручань і тривалого спостереження для зменшення ускладнень та оптимізації функціонування і якості життя пацієнтів. Висновки. В умовах воєнного стану рання реабілітація є важливим компонентом клінічної допомоги і її надання від початку події та має вагоме значення для зменшення значної кількості осіб з інвалідністю після сплеску травматичних ушкоджень та загострення хронічних захворювань у результаті недостатнього доступу до можливостей ранньої реабілітації пацієнтів.
