IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract

On its way to digital transformation, Ukraine is actively introducing innovative technologies into the educational process, striving to create a modern and effective learning environment. The 21st century is an era of rapid technological change that directly affects every aspect of our lives, including education. Innovative technologies are becoming an integral part of the educational process, changing its paradigm and opening up new learning horizons. Innovative technologies are rapidly changing the world, and education does not stand aside. Their implementation opens up new opportunities to improve the quality of education, increase student motivation and adapt to the needs of modern society. Based on the basic concepts revealed and the use of new technologies in the educational process, it can be argued that it is now very convenient to plan classes using innovative technologies. Students and teachers have to work creatively, learn, and improve themselves. Teachers are working to develop and improve teaching and learning methods, including interactive ones.Innovative technologies are not just a tool, but a chance to revolutionize education in Ukraine. It is an opportunity to create a system that meets the challenges of the 21st century, prepares young people for the future, and makes learning more efficient, accessible, and attractive. It is important that the government, educators, parents, and the public work together to realize this potential and make Ukrainian education globally competitive. The introduction of innovative technologies requires the teacher to: study specialized literature; analyze the pedagogical experience of innovative teachers; develop a plan for the introduction of new technology; and optimize the combination of humanities, natural sciences, mathematics, and professional knowledge.Thus, it can be concluded that educational innovation lays the foundation for students' innovative activities in the future. It is the teacher who is an innovator who forms a developed personality that uses the acquired knowledge and is able to replenish it independently, competitive in various spheres of public life, responsible, able to ideally achieve the most important goal of human life – happiness.
