FEATURES OF HUMANITARIAN TRAINING OF FUTURE OFFICERS IN MILITARY HIGH SCHOOLS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the urgent problem of ensuring high-quality humanitarian training of future officers in higher military educational institutions. Based on the analysis of literary sources and own experience, a set of features and directions of humanitarian training of future officers in military universities during martial law in our country and in the post-war period was identified and analyzed in order to increase the effectiveness of the educational process. The identified features and areas of humanitarian training, which should be developed from the first year of study at the military-technical school, include the following: development of patriotism of future soldiers, formation of an internal focus on defending the Motherland, personal development of national consciousness; ensuring moral and psychological stability, development of strong-willed qualities, survival skills, psychological self-help, internal conviction and desire for victory; formation of leadership qualities, management skills, ability to inspire trust in subordinates; ideological preparedness, understanding of the history and traditions of the Ukrainian army; instilling important military professional ethical principles, forming moral guidelines; legal literacy; the ability to use theoretical humanitarian knowledge and professional skills in practical decisions and actions during training and everyday activities and in the future in service and combat conditions. The synthesis of the identified features allowed us to identify and substantiate a new quality, a new phenomenon in the multifaceted humanitarian training of soldiers – the Ukrainian patriotic egregor as a powerful energy-informational structure formed by common ideas, goals, thoughts, desires, emotions, faith and actions of patriots of Ukraine.
