The continuation of the formation of all- Ukrainian trends of decreasing incidence rates was revealed, both among the entire population of Ukraine (−13.3% to 62,748 per 100,000 population), and among the male population in particular (−16.1% to 41,996.4 per 100,000 . of the relevant population).
