The structure and tendencies of child mortality from congenital malformations, deformations and chromosomal abnormalities, both in general and in the age-sexual aspect, for the period 2012-2016 were studied. The need to develop and implement an effective national program for primary prevention and medical care in the case of congenital malformations, deformations and chromosomal abnormalities has been identified.
