PEDAGOGY OF PARTNERSHIP IN THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL SPACE

The article presents a theoretical analysis of the pedagogy of partnership as an innovative direction in the development of modern pedagogical science and educational practice. The relevance of implementing partnership-based interaction in the educational space is substantiated in the context of the transformation of the education system, the digitalization of the educational process, and the implementation of a competencybased approach. Emphasis is placed on the necessity of moving from a traditional authoritarian model of teaching to subject–subject interaction grounded in the principles of trust, mutual respect, dialogue, and shared responsibility of all participants in the educational process. Contemporary scholarly approaches to the interpretation of the concept of “pedagogy of partnership” are analyzed, existing definitions are generalized, and its key principles, functions, and structural components are identified. The roles of the main subjects of the educational process–teachers, learners, parents, and social partners–are outlined in the formation of a partnership-based model of educational interaction and in ensuring effective pedagogical communication. The pedagogical potential of partnership pedagogy in enhancing learning motivation, developing key and transversal competencies, fostering a democratic culture of communication, and creating a safe and psychologically comfortable educational environment is highlighted. It is emphasized that the implementation of partnership ideas contributes to the activation of learners’ educational activities and strengthens their responsibility for learning outcomes. It is proven that the integration of the pedagogy of partnership into educational practice leads to an improvement in the quality of education, learning effectiveness, and the overall efficiency of the educational process. The article concludes that further theoretical reflection and practical implementation of the ideas of pedagogy of partnership in modern educational institutions are advisable as an important condition for their innovative development and sustainable functioning.
