Abstract

This article examines the development of creative abilities among students of socionomic professions in pedagogical fields within the context of the university educational environment. The study focuses on the practical–organizational and psycho-pedagogical dimensions of this environment that directly shape creativity as a professional competency. It provides an in-depth analysis of key structural components of the educational space, including the material and technical infrastructure, pedagogical culture, social and communicative networks, and digital platforms, as well as their relationship with the development of divergent thinking, motivation, and creative self-realization among university students. The article discusses pedagogical practices with the strongest potential to stimulate creativity, such as projectbased activities, case-based learning, role simulations, creative labs, and initiatives that support student-led projects. Special attention is given to the impact of crisis conditions, such as the pandemic and martial law, on creative processes, alongside practical recommendations for psycho-pedagogical support of students in such challenging circumstances. The work also proposes pedagogical conditions and management measures designed to foster a creativityoriented educational process, as well as criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of such transformations within the university environment. The practical value of the article lies in offering recommendations for university instructors and administrators on rethinking and transforming curricula and the educational environment to strengthen conditions for the creative training of future specialists in socionomic professions.
