INSURANCE OF A PROFESSIONAL SPEECH ENVIRONMENT AS ONE OF THE PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF A CULTURE OF ORAL UKRAINIAN SPEECH OF THE FUTURE SPECIAL EDUCATION SPECIALISTS

Abstract

The article gives characteristics of the culture of Ukrainian speech as a component in the formation of professional competence of the future special education specialists. It was noted that the ability to communicate in the state language, both orally and in writing, is one of the general competencies defined by the Standard of Higher Education of Ukraine for specialty 016 “Special Education” of the first (Bachelor’s) level of higher education. It has been found out that in the process of working with children with intellectual disabilities, a modern teacher must know the methods and techniques of communication, appropriately use verbal and non-verbal means of communication, motivate students to dialogue, teach them to emotionally correctly perceive the speech of adults and peers, select situational tasks that would help children to socialize without difficulty. Attention is focused on the preparation of students of higher education in this specialty for the implementation of the specified tasks. An analysis of the latest scientific research on the problem of education, upbringing and development of children with intellectual disabilities has been carried out. It was found out that working with such children requires special training of future specialists: pedagogical, psychological, correctional, linguistic-multidisciplinary. The task of the study was to determine the content and ways of implementing one of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the culture of oral Ukrainian speech among the future special education specialists - ensuring a professional speech environment. Attention was focused on the preparation of the future specialist to communicate with children with intellectual disabilities in classes with inclusive education, support team in general. The content of the concept of “pedagogical condition” was analysed. It was summarized that the pedagogical conditions must correspond to the basic principles, rules and regularities of the pedagogical process, and have a practice-oriented character. According to the results of the study, the provision of a professional speech environment is singled out as one of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the culture of oral Ukrainian speech of the future specialists in special education. The ways of its implementation were revealed: creation of a quasi-professional environment at practical classes in the conditions of a higher education institution, preparation and presentation of practically oriented projects, conducting psychological and communicative training to develop confidence in the process of communication; rules for creating and recording voice messages and composing SMS messages in Viber groups and other social networks. For practical workers, an approximate topic of conversations, conversation- dialogues regarding compliance with the culture of communication has been developed.
