ОЦІНКА НАСЕЛЕННЯМ СИСТЕМИ МЕДИЧНОЇ ДОПОМОГИ ТА ВІДНОШЕННЯ ДО ЇЇ РЕФОРМУВАННЯ (ЗА РЕЗУЛЬТАТАМИ СОЦІОЛОГІЧНОГО ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ)

Abstract

Analysis of respondents' assessments of the quality and accessibility of medical care showed a significant set of issues that belong to the organizational and administrative activity and require certain changes, namely: a) improving organizational work polyclinics, medical assistance as they recognized quality and least accessible through outdated equipment, high cost procedures and long queues; b) cancel paid services in state and municipal health care because, for the vast majority of respondents did not have enough money to buy medicines and conduct diagnostic procedures; c) inform the public about the changes that are planned and occur in health care, to conduct explanatory work among the population. Results of the study confirmed that healthcare in Ukraine requires immediate reform with the introduction of social health insurance.
